Electronic Cleaning Wipes:
Electronic cleaning wipes are lint-free cleanroom grade wipes ideal for the electronics assembly, PCB/SMT industry.
They are extremely low in particle generation and chemical extractables. The fabric consists of premium quality virgin polyester fibers that are continuously filamented throughout the knit construction. VISION Pink™ ESD wipes are knitted on state-of-the-art equipment, especially for use in cleanrooms.
This fabric undergoes a multitude of special processes that include cleaning, scouring, cutting, and a special proprietary cleaning process. All VISION Pink™ wipes are individually inspected with lot-to-lot traceability and using ISO 9000 standards.
Popular for use in ISO Class 5 (Class 100) Cleanrooms, can be used in ISO Class 5 – 8 Cleanrooms
